Arctic Circle!

After a long ride today I finally made it to the Arctic Circle!

If you take into account the Earth's current axial tilt then it's actually 66°33′47.7″ north (as of 10 June 2019), but it's a bit difficult to keep moving the visitor centre.


Here's my phone's GPS when at the visitor centre (see Latitude bottom left).

Here's the GPS from a bit further North, so I can officially claim to be above the Arctic Circle.

My Garmin sat nav suspiciously lost the plot just as I was arriving at the visitor centre, turning into night mode permanently.
