Norway has set a goal that all new cars sold by 2025 should be zero-emission.
As of 2018 there are ~230.00 registered Electric Vehicles (EV). Battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles together hold a 50 % market share.
The registration numbers seem to all start with "EV".
There are currently (2019) 10.000 publicly available charging points, in this case for Tesla. At this location there are 20 of the fast (120 kW) super chargers.
This is the electrical infra-structure at the back of the site that's supporting all the charging points.
